All the information and documents for the applications must be supplied by the costumer and Imcore is not responsible to provide any information. If the paperwork is not completed to be sent to USCIS due to the lack of information or documents, is only the costumer responsibility to provide them. If the costumer takes more than 3 months to complete the information additional fees can be charged in order to update the forms. Imcore assumes no liability for incomplete, erroneous or missing information. Imcore is not obligated but is authorized to create en email on the client’s behalf in order to send and receive information from and to USCIS. When a payment is received by Imcore, these fees are not reimbursable, due to Imcore has to start working on a paperwork even if at the end is not possible to send it to USCIS. The payment of the fees is only for filling the paperwork and is not related to any USCIS decision.
